- Builders ability to manage their business through the construction cycle, including the management of suppliers, subcontractors and customer expectations.
- Ongoing profitability and solvency.
- Current and past activity levels.
- Current status with various regulatory bodies.
- Whether the party applying, including directors partners or supervisors have been involved in any past insolvencies.
