This insurance package has been designed for simplicity and ease of use and is ideally suited to members of the Allied Brands Group. The package offers:
Section 1: Material Damage - covers loss or damage to building, contents and stock arising from a defined event
Accidental Damage - up to Full Limit of Indemnity

Transit - $50,000 Limit (cover for Portable Electronic Equipment is also available on request)

Equipment Breakdown including:
Business Interruption (only applies if Section 2 selected)

Section 2: Business Interruption - this provides critical cover to meet cash flow needs when there is some interruption to your trading caused by an insured event
Claim Preparation Costs
Public & Private Utilities - 20% Limit
Customers & Suppliers Premises - 20% Limit
Prevention of Access - 15% Limit
Section 3: Public & Products Liability - insures you for amounts you become legally liable to pay as compensation for personal injury or property damage as a result of an occurrence in connection with your business or products
Worldwide Cover (excluding North America)
Goods in Your Care, Custody & Control - $100,000 Limit
Car Park & Common Areas
Limits up to $20,000,000 available
Section 4: Management Protector
Directors & Officers Liability - covers the loss of each insured director resulting from any
claim made against them as a result of any wrongful act occurring within the period of insurance and
notified to the insurer during this period
Employee Dishonesty - the insurer will pay the named insured its direct financial loss due to dishonest
acts committed during the period of insurance by any identified employee, with the principal intent to
cause the insured to sustain a loss and to obtain a financial benefit for such employee
Personal Accident - if an insured person sustains accidental bodily injury whilst on the premises or
undertaking business resulting in death or disablement, the insurer will pay the insured the percentage
amount appropriate of the benefit
